I have been using galaxy a34 from last 1 year.I think my devices sound has decrased and dolby atmos not working.What can be the reason.

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again. We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

● Check device volume settings: Tap on Settings > Sound & vibration>Volume > Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.

● Clear Adapt sound data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Adapt Sound> Storage> Clear data.

● Reset app preferences: Settings> Apps> Three dots> Reset app preferences> Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center. Below is the link to find nearest service center

Clean up your speakers, use a brush to clean it. Avoid using alcohol or any solution as it does tends to muffle up the speaker if used too much.
