Software upgrade

Hello sir, I have Samsung A51 my mobile can't be upgrade android version 10 to next version,

Then I do software update option they show connecting to server registration failed.

So please sir i request you resolve my problem

I'm sorry to say that your phone will not get any more OS updates. 13 version is the last major update of A51
