I have been using samsung galaxy A34 for 2 months now but I have not received any software update or any security update yet, what can I do to solve the problem from any settings?

Mine was 24 August... Search Phone diagnostics in settings and check for official software and restart phone once.

I NEVER recommend you to update When I was using the A346FXXU3 Version, there was No Problem in my device and I Disabled all unnecessary applications and put all applications in deep sleep mode while using the device, I was always using it like this, there was no problem at first, even if there were open applications in the background, there was 4.6 GB of Available Ram in the background, there was no Excessive Ram Usage, even if the applications were open in the background. Then I updated to 1240 GB last update (346EFXXU4) version and the device is completely garbage and everything is running. I have never installed any application on the device to test it, although there is no application installed, the system uses 4 GB Ram and the programs I do not use are running in the background by themselves, the amount of available idle Ram is 3 GB 2. 5 GB Even when I open a single application, even when I open a single application, the device is garbage, officially, the software of Samsung devices is completely problematic, I would never have bought it if I had known that I did not experience such a thing on Xiaomi phones, but now I will return the device back, I will file a complaint to Consumer Rights because they do not solve my problem in any way, I will never buy and never use any Samsung product again, I will never recommend it.
