Not all devices were eligible, only Flagship, Z Fold series and few A series phones were included and A23 4G is not one of them. 😊

Actually A23 is not eligible for ONE UI 7. It has completed it's promised 2 OS Updates so it won't receive any Software update. However it will continue to receive Security Patches.
