Hi Today there was a software update which updated my A70 to Android 11 and One UI 3.1 After the update was complete and the phone restarted, the screen brightness was automatically on the lowest, even though i tried to change it on the slider it does not increase Another problem is the device starts lagging a lot which never happened before the update When i restart my phone it temporarily fixes the problem until i press the power off button or the screen fades to off, and then the problem comes back I've tried clearing cache and well as factory resetting my phone Please help

You might need to take your phone to a repair centre for a reload.

Hi, SaidilGokul kindly optimize your device.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Battery and Device care.
4. Tap Optimize now.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
