Galaxy AI have updated my Samsung A50 to android 10 software and facing lots of issues...
Phone speaker total in mute condition
Voice call mute condition
Video playing automatically in 10X speed without any control
Kindly give me the solution for this
Buying Samsung brand and suffering alot
Guys don't ever buy this brand and don't ever update the software if they recommend.
Am suffering like anything by trouble shooting daily behind this issues but still no solution

Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).
* Check rebooting your device.
