Is it possible that samsung could decide later on to increase the years of os updates on the A55 or they won't just because it's such a **bleep** good phone and might ruin their flagship sales if they do

It's fixed from the on set.... i don't know about flagship comparisons, but let's just keep it to being a good device 😅

I don't think he/she is comparing it with a flagship but stating that it is a good phone and some of those who were willing to spend on a flagship might decide that it is good enough for them. Let's be honest most of the midrange phones are good enough for majority of people unless you are a serious gamer.

Okay man. I understand.

But in real some midrange are very good. I'm currently using Galaxy A73 and to be honest I understand why Samsung discontinued the A7x. The phone is very good and I believe most people were buying it instead of base flagship or FE. With each update the phone get even better. The phone has already received two major updates and is going to receive OneUI 7 and the last one will be OneUI 8 and I am planning to keep it until then.

The main camera is 108MP.

It is not the best camera out there but it is good enough for my use.
