Hi team , y'all were supposed to issue a software update in sept however due to the delay my pH is issuing a serious software issue for this device . I have raised so many complaints and nothing is done, samsung is useless as y'all can't solve a problem.

Y'all don't understand, it's not connected to anything it's a pop up swathing a serious software issue and only when the software is performed only then the issue will get resolved. So release the software or do something cuz the customer support is useless and it's not helping sone automated chat who even wants that.

Clearly mentioned that contact customer support, why are you not visiting samsung care? Just reinstall the os from samsumg care. Your problem will be solved. Very simple

For the Las the last time, j only opened my phone ans all my WhatsApp text imp ones got deleted automatically and when everything got deleted that popup came so u see it's the software issue
