Hi, I'm quite new to the Samsung community here, I had recently purchased an A20 off the retail last year in November and have been using it like a phone since then 🚫🎮 and here's my review- this phone is upto my expectations in almost every posssible way. Never lagged on applications, fast response timing, doesn't heat up, display is brilliant, exceptional battery backup (has a 4000mAh backup but it beats my other 5000mAh phone by around 4 hours) & features a heavily customizable UI with tons of everyday use features at disposal.
Samsung put no compromise on hardware quality at all & that's what I expect from a responsible phone manufacturer, and it seems like Samsung has made it's place with me for a long time.
However I've some queries about the software updates, how many software upgrades (Android OS upgrades) do Samsung A-series phones receive during their lifetime? I've yet to receive the OneUI 2.0 for this phone and I'm pretty much curious about the process, so there's that. 😄
