Hi Members, I'm having difficulty updating software in my Samsung A50S phone, I purchased the Phone from India and currently using in Papua New Guinea. Can't updates with Mobile network nor Wi-Fi network. I've used Smart switch for previous update but it's consuming lot of internet data like current update is for 116.39MB in Phone but when I connect the device with Smart switch than size of Software update went up to more than 4GB.  Any solution regarding this matter ?

click on continue, if you want to update using mobile data

updating using smart switch is recommended if you can do that.

its may be because of weak network/ networks error
restart your device and then try
