So much buggy

One ui 3.1 in a21s is so much buggy 

1 automatically install an app

2 automatic restart 

3 after closing a app home screen freezes for 1 to 2 sec

4 not uninstalling app in one attempt

If someone else also facing these problems please writ down

I also have the same device but I am facing battery draining issue not those above points.
