Smartview screen share application is not running in my phone Samsung A22. Sir please kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. We understand your concern and will help you resolve this. Kindly follow the below steps to resolve your issue:

Screen mirroring from Samsung phone
A. Enable Smart View on TV

Go to: Settings> General> External Device manager> Device Connection Manager> Device List> (Select phone name and then Allowed )

B. Follow the below steps:

Step1: Swipe down the Notification panel.
Step2:Select screen SmartView option from the notification panel
Step3: Enable SmartView.
Step4: Select the desired device.
Step5: Tap to connect TV model no.
Step6: Notification bar will appear on the TV screen and select Allow to give permission to connect your device.
Step7: The phone is connected to the TV. Now you can share the mobile content with TV.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
