Please assist i used smart switch to transfer data from old phone to the new phone, my worry is when the old phone is ringing the new phone rings as well. I use both of them with different sim cards.
This is because your Samsung accounts are linked, not linked but as long as you sign in with your Samsung account to another device you may receive calls and messages. To stop it delete the account on either devices or adjust your settings.
