Smart Lock

I recently activated my smart Lock to be unlocked at home. It seems to go okay for a bit and then it suddenly doesn't work until I go into SmartLock and our again. All software up to date.

Is your GPS on all the time? That could be a reason why not... start there then you can trouble shoot further.

For smart lock to work it has to pick up GPS constantly in that area you made a "Safe Zone"

Thanks for your reply. It's always on as far as I know, but I'll keep an eye on it and see.
