I have purcahsed a samsung Galaxy A51 two weeks ago and it have loads of problems

 

after trying every thing like reset optimization and **bleep** still no use

 

pub g game lags frame drops with game launcher tried all settings it work for one game and then again lags .. my ping is stable 

 when i joined here i saw everyone complaining and to surprise samsung does,nt give a **bleep** about it.

if they cannot provide support they should stop selling there  third class products anyway

ahaan i have,nt got anyupdate of samsung about june the last update i have is of may and security patch level of april this phone started problem after that update i been using huawei and huawei even cheap phone is a lot better than this

I haven't used Huawei but yes their phones are somewhat better

Kindly be informed Pubg is a 3rd party application which is not from Samsung. As we are trained to handle Samsung software and hardware related troubleshooting, we advise you to contact to the respective application software support. You can reach to the app developer through email channel go to: Play store > select more option> select installed app> click on read more.

 

You can try after clearing the app cache by following below steps: Go to settings > Apps > More option > Show system apps > Select the application > Storage > Clear cache.
