Slow motion recording

I to have the same problem of slow motion recording.

I also had chats many time with the service team and also got the device checked at the service station, but nothing has changed. 

Also mailed to the concerned department about the issue we all are facing, but the answer was not satisfying, the samsung team finally told that we do not have a solution for this issue at present. 

Please wait for an update, thats all the team says.

Does anyone have a solution for this, please suggest.
