Hello all, I have observed that post recent software update in my Samsung galaxy A20 phone, my phone charges very slowly and sometimes even stops at a particular percentage. However, I charge phone after switching it off these days and it charges normally.
Kindly guide in this matter how to go ahead and solve this issue.
this issue is known. dnt know the exact cause of this problem, (but yes it happened after update). and also ..dnt know the exact solution.. just unplug charger and re-plug .. (work for sometime).. restart device.. reset device.. will be helpfull for certain time ,but again will happen the same.
