Slow charging speed of Galaxy A71 !

I m a android developer , 

So I connect my android phone to laptop for running app on my phone for just 2 to 4 minutes. After I disconnect is from laptop and put it for charging the charging is taking time , 

sometimes charging stops and sometimes charging percentage is decreased by 1. 

Also before the issue I was able to see a time required to fully charge device , now sometimes it shows and sometimes not. 

I tried using another charger from friends , Galaxy A71 charger only but still facing issue. 

And Used my charger to charge another A71, charger is working fine. 

Please suggest me what should I do? 

And Yes which cable should I use to connect with laptop ? 

As samsung A71 has C to C cable and my laptop doesn't have C port.

My A71 charged from 0% to 100% in exact 1 Hrs 30 Mins

That's normal time...For me its taking more than two hours

Just do one thing enable Adaptive Battery in Charging option in device care & While charging don't do anything stuff while charging.....keep it in the cooler place for better battery life

If it's not even working with another charger. Then you should visit service center ASAP.

I was having this issue recently as well. I went into the Battery and Device Care and clicked on the Optimize Now button. this closed down background apps and my phone was able to charge again. I still haven't figured out which app is causing the issue but this helped a ton. hope it helps you too.
