Received the latest update for galaxy A 7 (2018) security patch september 01. The issue of zoom level in slow motion recording mode remains the same, no change at all. I was hoping that after complaining so many time and talking to the service centres the issue would be solved, but invain, it seems that the SAMSUNG Co is not at all interested in its existing customer base. They are just focusing on new unit sales. What's the use of spending about 22 k on the mobile and for feature like slo-mo, when the do not work as promised by the co.
DO WE ALL HAVE TO STILL WAIT FOR AN UPDATE????????
