Slow Charging Issue In New A31

Assalam.o.Alaikum 

 Mein ne new a31 lea hai 3 din pehly to is me charging ka buht issue aa rha hai . 2 3  mint me ik percent battery increase hoti hia . Sometime ye show krta k 6 hours me full hoga . Jb k sb kuch ok3 hai fast charging bh show krtai. 

So koi dost help kr sktaa ye kesy solve hoga

charge in cool environment.

Charge in normal environment not hoter.. It becomes slower in hot environment because there is no heat dissipation

i have try this but no better results

But I think a51 is better than a31 in this minor price tag difference

aj kal k hot and humid weather ki waja se almost 80% logo ko ye masla araha hai fast charging wese b device ko thora heat up krti hai is liye cool environment main charge kren Malik0268 bhai ne jese kaha thek kaha hai.
aik ot tarika jo main ne azmaya or kaam aya hai wo ye k mobile ko pehle fully discharge kren. jb khud band ho jaye to off hi rehne den off hi 5 se 8 Percent charge kr k on kr den. Inshallah problem solve ho jaye gi
