I have one App which will no longer open. Radley London Smartw. I've used the App the past year. I have cleared cache. Removed App, full restart of phone and downloaded numerous times from Play Store. The company which supplies the Radley Series 8  and the App do not know what is wrong. I'm sure it has something to do with latest update. How can I get Samsung to look into this? I'm really missing my App.
