In my Samsung Galaxy A50 smart phonen , When i am inserting Jio and Airtel simcard together ; Jio in primary and Airtel in secondary sim , Its not detecting Airtel simcard.
Airtel sim card is working fine in other smart phone with jio . Kindly suggest the solution.
Samsung introduced a new version of Dual SIM technology called Smart Dual SIM which means the device with this feature will have the following quality while the user connects two GSM SIM cards simultaneously. Below mentioned path will help you enable smart dual sim.
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings> Tap on Connections> Tap on SIM card manager> Tap on Smart dual SIM>Tap OK on Pop up> Enter Phone numbers and tap on OK> Select SIM card and tap on done.
