Hi Team

I facing the issue in india with phone it purchased from saudi Arabia and at time using in India .my phone showing network problem , when I using Indian sim showing on screen on the phone"Sim network PUK code & SIM network pin code " So  please help me asap

PUK related this are subject to service provider .. handset manufacturer can not help here

the phone a20 released in saudi Arabia comes with saudi Arabia network bands and not indian network bands that's why you are having this problem you might have seen on box saudi Arabia only you will have to purchase a new phone
