Sim 1 not allowed (single sim A34 5g)

Hello. I have a problem with my phone it keeps on saying sim 1 not allowed and is on emergency calls only. I've tried everything. Restarting,resetting network, airplane mode trick, checked IMEI for blockage...etc

At this point I don't know what to do. Please help.
