Mom and I have the A51. She has terrible signal issues, in that, the signal is terrible in her apt. Some days signal is uninterrupted. Some days, I'm having conversation with her and she starts sounding like she's under water, voice goes in and out or call keeps dropping.
Went to ATT because we have their service, they re-activated the phone, replaced the sim, the issue is still there. Her phone works just fine whenever she's away from home. Yup, it works everywhere but her own home. Any ideas what she can do about it? Has anybody ever heard this??
