Serious Complains!!!😠😠

All these are major and i need samsung to fix these bugs. Also note that o have no malicious apps.

Device:- Galaxy A71.

1. Mic not working during calls even though no app is running in the background. i.e. the opposite party cant hear me. This has happened EVERYDAY and i had to restart my device.

2. When i plug my earphones the voice still comes from the device speaker not the earphones. This also needed restarts.

3. Youtube is lagging a lot and the message comes youtube is not responding. This is very serious as I am facing this problem everyday. Also when i had cleaned my youtube cache.

If anyone is facing this pls advice otherwise Samsung pls help me by fixing these annoying bugs.

Have you tried to reset all setting ?! May be it will solve the issue otherwise if its under warranty give to service center and ask for replacement

Hi,
It is advisable to perform wipe cache partition after every update to avoid such issues.
