It's nothing but percentage of battery used on that particular day. It's showing less on 7th May because it's morning only and you haven't used your phone much, by evening the bar showing 7th may will also rise.
If you look on the right side you can see 0,100,200 respectively. On 4th and 6th may you have used more than 100Ωͺ of battery. I hope you understood.

The second graph shows battery usage. When you charge it goes up and when the battery drains it goes down.

Yeah, 11.5hrs in one day is a little too much πŸ˜…. I use roughly 6-7 hrs a day and sometimes it may even touch 8hrs as you can see. It says 50% average daily usage in my m31.it will differ because m31 has 6000mah battery and a30s has 4000mah battery.
