Anyone else got the security patch August 2019 update on Galaxy A50 and is experiencing some lag on the lock screen?

everytime that I try to unlock the phone doesn't matter if I am double tapping the screen or using the wake button, the screen remains black for a 1-2 minutes before showing me the fingerprint indicator

I have also updated the phone. But i didn’t get any kind of lag.
