I cannot access my secure folder nor can I reset my password. Since I don't have the option to do so. I have work related documents and I can't access them. Someone please help.

if you locked it with a pattern, I don't think there's a limit to how many times you can try, I know they make you wait more every time you get it wrong. it might take a while but try every combination. consider backing up your folder to two other places, like an SD card and laptop so you could reset it if need be

Therefore it should compulsory for app developers to be compelled by device providers such as Samsung to create security methods to identify the fraudsters in order to give there customers of devices and account users access to justice.
