Secure folder isse

Hi I am Om Datkhile. I have Galaxy A71 device.I have purchase it on 7th June 2020

Modal Numbers: SM-A715F/DSM

My Secure folder has been locked. And asking To unlock your secure folder sign in to your Samsung account. But it not signing. When I tap on sign in option then black screen open and white circle cursor is moving continuously. Please help me

I want to unlock my secure folder without losing Data. I should get My all data back.

Have you updated your phone to android 13 recently?

It is all because of the latest update.
I also have updated to android 13 one ui 5.
Now i am facing Display flickering problem. Also my A71 Smartphone is not producing proper black colour. It is reddish-brown now. So much uncomfortable man.
I shouldn't have updated my phone to android 13.
Samsung is not providing good updates now a days. SO MUCH BUGS IN THEIR UPDATE.
