Galaxy AWhen you move files out of Secure Folder, they don’t stay hidden anymore, they should go back to your regular Gallery/Photos app or the original folder in My Files (like DCIM, Camera, or Downloads).
A few things to check:
Open My Files > Internal Storage and look inside DCIM, Pictures, or Downloads.
Use the Search option in My Files and type part of the file name (e.g., “VID” or “IMG”).
Also check the Trash/Recycle Bin inside both Gallery and My Files, sometimes the move fails and files end up there.
If you had cloud backup (Samsung Cloud/Google Photos/OneDrive), your files might already be synced there.
If you still don’t see them, it’s possible the transfer didn’t complete. In that case, try moving just one test photo out of Secure Folder and note exactly where it appears, that will show you the target location.

Galaxy AWe're sorry to hear you're facing this issue.
When moving files out of Secure Folder, they should normally appear in your Gallery or My Files under Internal Storage > DCIM, Pictures, or Downloads, depending on the file type.
If you can't find them:
1. Restart your phone.
2. Check "My Files" app > Internal storage > Search for file names or file types (e.g. .jpg, .mp4).
3. Check Trash in Gallery or Secure Folder .
4. If backed up to Samsung Cloud, check the backup there.
If not found, unfortunately, they may have been lost during the transfer. We recommend running a diagnostic via Samsung Members app or visiting a Samsung Service Center for further help. You can locate your nearest service center using the link below: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/.
Also it’s possible the transfer didn’t complete so kindly make sure to check the storage location before moving the data.
