I just updated my phone

Step 1: Go to settings
Step 2: Open Apps or search for it.
Step 3: Click the button marked blue as seen in screenshot attached
Step 4: Switch on System apps
Step 5: Scroll way down to secsoundpicker
Step 6: Clear Cache and data.
Restart your phone and check if that worked.

Then it's probably a software bug it's best that you take your phone in to a reputable repair shop
