Hi please help I recently bought a samsung a23  however it not allowing me to screenshot or record please help

Press the Side key. At the same time, Press the lower part of the Volume key to take a screenshot.

If you have the latest One UI 5.1 update, it now should now have a option to take a screenshot in the quick panel.

Volume down and power button..

Add your Edge panels

Option C

If you have latest update you can add it to you quick list panels.

I think Edge panels should be a much better option since you want to record as well... plus, you can customize all your favorite apps on Edge panels... remember, it drains more battery life
