Screenshot and One hand mode

I can't take screenshot using palm swipe and can't use one hand mode gesture.

Palm swipe doesn't work even if I swipe from left to right or right to left or top to bottom or bottom to top.

Please read this article, I hope it will help, while taking palm swipe screenshot,your hand edge must touch the phone screen..try it..

While taking screenshot swipe your whole hand on the screen from one corner of the screen to another corner.
