Screen wakening

Screen doesn't wake while receiving notifications but except snapchat. When i receive notifications from snapchat the screen wakesup and when i receive notifications from other apps it doesn't only i can hear the notification sound. How can we fix it

You can't do anything.
Either Samsung has to provide setting to wake up screen on notification or app provider has to provide option "show as popup".

You can use edge lightening. If your mobile supports, to stop waking up screen.

My mobile is also A series A31 but i couldn't find pop up option in my mobile

This is lock screen notification setting.
For popup option, you need to go to specific app notification setting.
Open settings - apps - open any app - notifications
