Screen feels stiff and sticky

Can anybody tell me why my screen feels like **bleep** and not smooth as its supposed to be its been a few days since the screen is feeling this way

No dude ive this **bleep** before its not my fingers that i know its a software problem then.My fingers aint even oily

How often do you scan your files for any malware

Regularly i scan for malware and I have an app thats dedicated to that.

But i did a soft reset earlier today and it feels better my screen so it must have been a software issue cause no malware on my phone
