Is it safe to have AOD on in always show mode ? Will it hamper screen or cause any screen burn issue or is it safe ? 

Guide me through this

no it won't cause screen burn in infact it's the nicest feature on oled screen

AOD has no such effects.
It only effects the battery otherwise no such issues has been noticed till date.
