Hello I'm having problems with my type-c earphones. It can play music and all but when I connect to a call, the audio goes to my phone speaker instead of the earphones.
Kindly make sure you are using the earphones that came with the phone and check if you are able to try an alternative set.
If the issue still persists, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
