I bought my A5 2017 one year ago in Europe. I am currently travelling in Chili and discovered that Samsung is locking my phone sothat I cannot use a SIM card from this country. This situation (which doesn't exist for other providers like Asus) is unacceptable as I bought the phone at full and correct price in France and expect receiving the full service from Samsung, including a worldwide unblocked SIM cards facility. Is there somebody who can explain how to solve this creazy situation and unlock the Samsung regional blocking system ... Thanks a lot!!!
