So I upgrade my phone to a samsung a55 and the promotion is that I submit a claim for a watch and ear pods...They say 14days for delivery but haven't arrived.

Who do I can't to find out how far my claim is?

Send an email to samung they'll answer you, but surely they'll give a reason of " short stock" ...eventually they'll answer you just be patient enough.

Is on contract or prepaid. If it's prepaid you will only get one of either, but it does take some time for deliver as most of us bought the deal. Mine arrived yesterday after a 16 day wait.
