Good day Samsung how are you.s today it would honestly and truthfully and completely be appreciated by everyone that uses your products especially your smartphone/phones if your team could pretty please start doing monthly software updates so that whenever they receive problems or glitches or issues they can fix them immediately with new software update patchs instead of sticking with your old software system which is really and completely disappointing 

 P.s especially when it comes to these kinds of problems I don't expect any responses until this problem and issues have been resolved and fixed

Well my phones next update is October 2023 according to Samsung

So you are going to wait until October/November just to hopefully get it fixed by a software update?

You can do the reset which you would have been done by now if it doesn't work or take it to get a software reload at your network which will take weeks.

Well since since the previous monthly software updates is what caused the problems to occur I will wait for a software update patch fix to be released
