Samsung phone storage connection with Samsung smart TV

The Samsung galaxy A54 5G storage doesn't connects with Samsung smart TV, Samsung A02s storage connects with same TV.

Any expert advice?

I have Samsung A54 5G. Whenever I want to add a new contact, device stops after entering 6 letters, says storage is full. My mobile is new. I am unable to enter details or even full name of a new contact. How can this issue be resolved
