i am make a prepaid Jio recharge of Rupees 299 from samsung pay using samsung pay upi my recharge is failed in spite my balance also deducted, what should I do?

Wait for 5 business days in most of the cases its refunded but still it doesn't get refunded then raise a query on that transaction.

bro how I raised a query against my failed transaction?

Go to Pay section and select UPI card and then click on the account from which you did transaction. It will open all the past transactions from that account and then select the transaction which failed. At bottom there will be an option to raise query
