Some of the phones in 2023 released by Samsung raises eyebrows and some makes oneself expression and speechless.Example A14 5g with 4gb version selling at 16k.4gb ram ? ? ?.Even a milkman knows that such a phone will not thrive more than taking text and making calls.And that too for not more than 1 year considering hungry resources apps.After all see you are heading to Android 14.If some one say i am buying a phone with 4GB ram as it costs 12000 but not 6B as it cause 15000,that filter would be 2% customer and these would be those one who dont know what is RAM and neither care to.
Why samsung 4gb ram models is my first question?
Second complaint is on displays.A company which makes a benchmark on display technology is seen here giving easy advantage to competitors like xiaomi,realme as they are giving amoled under 20k.
Why being samsung ,use of tft displays ?.Atleast PLS LCD may be fine as frankly someone ask me ,i hate amoled for every reason right from durability,value of money,danger of screen burnin and unnatural over saturated colors.But samsung can still use better displays like IPS LCD LTPS with HDR.
Third area where i think samsung is not doing well is its jitteriness and conviction of imposing exynos proxessors to customers.Customer is not here as R&D test teams.You know your exynos processors are higly non reliable processors whether it comes to network reliability or lags on gaming.Here a tough appeal to customers "PLEASE DONT BUY SAMSUNG EXYNOS PROCESSOR PHONES".You only provoke company deeds by making such purchase decisions.
Knowing your weakness and making nearly 4 models in 2023 with exynos processors,do you really want to shut shop ? Or you want to hurt the customers ?? We need an answer to it.
Its between me and samsung .I am from right authority to speak so.You remain happy with your purchase decision.We are decision makers to check which brands should remain on indian soil.
