Earlier I was using A30 and wired headphones for listening to songs from Samsung music. The music started to change itself and while I was on call it started to start automatically. I changed the headphones still the same issue was present. I stopped using wired headphones as I thought the 3.5mm jack is damaged. I shifted to Bluetooth. It also caused the same issue.
Now I changed my phone from A30 to A33.
Still the problem continues.
Does anyone know what's wrong?
