Hi guys my Samsung a32 keeps on jaming, what could be the problem ? And it's still new

1. Check for updates on the device: Settings> Software updates> Download and install 

2. Perform a soft reset: Press the side key and volume-down key simultaneously for about 8 to 10 seconds. 
* The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding till it restarts. 

3. Perform a factory reset :  Settings>> General Management>> Reset>> Factory Reset
