# I have been using a Samsung Galaxy A55 Vietnam version for a few days now. When I use it normally, the phone gets very hot, around 40c. Even when I use WhatsApp, the phone freezes and restarts after a while. I can't even multitask. This happens every two minutes. Since a day now, the heat is low. The screen freezes and auto restarts. The problem is still there. It restarts not normally, it restarts very quickly, like 5-10 seconds. Is there a way to fix this? Have people who use this device encountered this problem? I hope there will be a solution to this problem soon.

You could try booting the phone into safe mode and checking if the same issue persists. If it doesn't, it means that a setting or an app that you installed is causing this.
You could also try wiping the cache partition, which will help. You can also try going into device care and manually clearing the RAM to see if that helps.
Worst case you could do a factory reset. But try the other things first.

You can only try out a few things to see whether the issue will be resolved.
The first one is to clear the RAM memory by going to the Device Care. The second one is to try booting the phone into safe mode. And whether your issues are still solved or not. The third one is to do a cache partition. There are many YouTube videos regarding it. So you can check it and do it. And at finally for the fourth step, the last one is to do a factor data reset. After doing this, also if the issue persist. It must be some hardware internal components that are causing this issue.
If my comment helped you in any way. Please consider hitting the 3 dot menu of my comment and accept it as a solution. It would be helpful for me a lot.
Thank you. 😊
