Samsung galaxy a52 4g not updated in October 2022

Why I'm using samsung not security patch after long time not received. No update android 13 with one ui 5.0. Dec 22 update schedule in samsung devices list after long time not receiving. What is a problem 😕

See this I'm using A52 and it's on January 2023 security patch. A52 got Android 13 on 22 November 2022. Go to settings and check for software updates. If you can't find update then download smartswich from samsung website on your pc and connect your phone with pc and check for updates. If still not getting updates then you should visit an authorised samsung service center.

Did you manually checked it because update had been rolled out months ago? If you didn't get there then..
Install Samsung Smart Switch on your device and laptop/pc.
Connect both via provided USB charging cable and then open Smart Switch on laptop/pc. It will automatically show the updates to install.

If the above part doesn't work, go to service center and update your device there.
