Hi,dear

Suddenly my phone stop charging.... but showing when cable conneced to the port coming charging sound and charging display

But I tried 2,3 hours nothing increasing.then I did factory reset. But still same issue.what is the reason?

Maybe your charger has some kind of issue.

I changed charger and data cable also

no..I tried to computer also...but nothing.the computer showing error

if the problem persists as it is even after factory reset and trying with other charger, then problem may be with your battery.
