Battery charging stops several times. It continuously shifts from super fast charging to fast charging and vice versa. I have to unplug or re-insert the charging cable to charge again.....its asoftware bug....Samsung pls fix it immediately

I have same issue since day i bought this mobile. it's not always but some times fast charging does not work and battery goes down even if charger is connected. also fast charging is not working if i use mobile while charging

what we do bro...my phone 1 month old...

can i replacement this phone..because lo kdown late our time..any other solution?

samsung not replacement this phone i will file a case to cunsumer court..because this is not my problem..lockdown time no service center..

only software update problem i am ok..phone hardware problem then i need replacement only

charging time overheating and slow charging..

cable unplug to reinsert time 5 min fast charging...then slow..

now phone very high heating

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

 

2. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

 

3. Check charger functionality, try to charge your device with some other charger or use your charger to charge some other device.

 

4. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

my samsung a71 shifted from fast charging to normal charge but it didn't charged

I pluged/unplugged the charger to charge...I hope that it won't happen for me it the future for another time or I hope samsung will fix it with an update patch

My phone is just one month old, problem starts with charging issue, I went customer care they adaptor is not working, they told me to report complain and new adaptor will come, after two week new adaptor came but customer care is unable to give because now usb is not being connected to computer, they told me now they will change usb (charging) kit,, i can't understand why people will samsung worth more 300000 phone if so many problem arising within month
